Statement Regarding COVID-19 - (2)

Dear Customer,

We are continuing to monitor the situation with COVID-19 in Canada. During this time all of our sales and support staff are working from home and as a result phone sales and support will be closed until further notice.

All sales and support related matters can be emailed to support@canadianfleet.ca . We have extended our web support hours to compensate for the loss of telephone support. Web support hours will be 10AM to 10PM Central Time Zone Monday through Friday. As always you can click the messenger window to chat in real time with a support specialist during the same hours as our web support above. 

As a result of COVID-19, and in order to protect our shipping staff, we have reduced the days we ship orders to Wednesdays only until further notice. During this time our shipping team will be operating from 9 AM to 1 PM to ensure social distancing is maintained at the warehouse, and reduce the risk to our staff from any community spread cases. 

Please be patient with our staff during this difficult time for all. We will get the orders out as fast as possible to maintain customer satisfaction.
